PROPERTY READINESS:
You agree to have all lights turned on prior to beginning of photo session. Photographers will not move any furniture or assist with staging the property. All garbage and debris must be removed from property (including exterior) prior to photographers arrival.
YOUR APPOINTMENT:
We shoot multiple homes each day, it is important that your property be photo-ready. Your appointment includes a specific amount of time for your photo session and an estimated number of images. Your home will be shot AS-IS. The property must be photo-ready when we arrive. Failure to have your home photo-ready may impact the number of photographs taken.
RESHOOTS:
Any return trip to the property for reshoots will incur a fee of $100.00. In order to avoid a reshoot fee: Please be sure the property is “photo-ready” and is cleaned and styled to your liking. Communicate any specific shot requests to us via email prior to your appointment.
COVID 19:
You acknowledge and understand the risks of COVID 19 infection associated with allowing individuals to enter the Property, and hereby hold Lux Pics, and all persons associated with Lux Pics, harmless from all damages due to possible exposure to COVID 19.
DELETION OF IMAGES:
Once the images have been processed by our professional graphic artists, we will upload them and share a link with you. You should download those images as soon as possible. The link will remain active for 21 days, and images will be deleted after that. Images are unrecoverable after deletion.
DELIVERY GUARANTEE:
Our goal is delivering your completed images by 6PM the next business day (Images taken on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be delivered by 6PM on following Monday). However, circumstances may arise where our graphic artists may require additional time. If delivery has not occurred within 72 hours of our aforementioned delivery goal (5PM next business day after photography session), client may receive a full refund on request.
PORTFOLIO AND SOCIAL MEDIA USE:
Lux Pics reserves the right to use any and all photo and video footage from client shoots for our online portfolio and social media channels. By requesting or purchasing services from us, you grant us an irrevocable right to use the photo and video footage from your property in perpetuity, including marketing the property by North State Brokers/NSB Realty to prospective buyer clients on the internet. If you are an agent or broker representing the home owner, you are authorizing Lux Pics on the owner’s behalf for us to use any and all footage for our own marketing purposes. Requesting or purchasing services from us constitutes a location release.
WEATHER POLICY:
Photography and aerial activity can usually occur on cloudy days. However, rain will prevent exterior photography and drone activity. Heavy cloud cover may affect interior photography. Please check the weather before booking your photography session. Lux Pics reserves the right to rebook appointments due to weather (rain, snow, high winds, fog, ice, sleet, heavy cloud cover).
DRONE FLIGHTS:
We are licensed by the FAA, and adhere to all FAA rules and regulations. Some properties might be located in areas where drone flights are not permitted. Also; terrain, trees, or other obstacles, may make capturing drone images too risky. In this event, we will reduce package price to next lower level of service, or refund drone service fees.
3D VIRTUAL TOUR HOSTING:
3D virtual tours are hosted by us at no charge for 60 days. After that, 3D virtual tour hosting can be extended for $15 dollars per month. 3D virtual tours will be deleted for non-payment, the home closing, or termination of listing on MLS for any reason.
TRAVEL/MILEAGE:
Lux-Pics charges a small fee, 75 cents per mile, if the shoot location is more than 35 miles from 3000 Renaissance Park Place, Cary NC 27513.
